Account Details

View your details

To view and update your account details, such as your name, email address and password, click on your name when logged in and then Profile. In your profile click on Personal Details.

Change name or email address

To update your name or email address simply enter the new details and your current password and save changes.
You will receive an error message if the email address is invalid or already in use.

Changes to your name may not be reflected on existing completion certificates. Please contact an administrator to update existing completion records.

Change your password

To change your password you must provide a new password as well as your current password.
After setting a new password you will no longer be able to log in with your old password.
