Forms & Form Submissions
What are forms?
Your organisation can use forms to collect additional information from users during processes such as sign up and buying courses, and can also set them up to work like log books and safety checks.
When you submit a form an entry will be added to the Forms page in your profile. From this page you can view your submissions and create a new submission (if allowed).
Previous form submissions may not be editable if your organisation has turned this feature off.
Assigned forms
Forms can be assigned to users in a similar way to courses, and will be listed on your My Training page.
Forms requiring multiple submissions
Some forms are set up to receive multiple submissions, for example a log book. These forms will allow new submissions.
For assigned forms which are listed on your My Training page, if your organisation has specified quotas for submissions with particular values selected, your progress on these quotas will be displayed.
Forms requiring approval
Forms can be set up to require review and approval by an administrator.
For assigned forms you can see the status on the form on your My Training page.
The status can also be seen when viewing the list of submissions on the Forms page in your profile, and also when viewing a specific submission.
It may also be possible to request approval from an administrator for assigned forms by clicking on Request Review on the form on your My Training page.
