Launching & Completing Courses

Launching a course

Clicking Start or Resume on a course will open the course player in the same window and load the course content.
Depending on the size of the course content, and your internet connection speed, there may be a delay while the course loads.
If the course hasn't loaded after a few minutes, try reloading the page. Contact your administrator if it's still not loading as expected.

Save & exit

Inside the course player there is a Save & Exit button at the top right which will return you to the course details page.
If you need to take a break during the course it's recommended to save and exit the course rather than leave it open.

Course navigation

If the course has multiple accessible modules the button to return to the Previous Module will appear on the bottom left and a Continue button will appear at the bottom right to view the next module.

Completing a course

A course is completed when all of its required modules are completed.
Courses can be passed or failed, depending on how they were configured.

If the course is completed a Finish Course button will appear on the bottom right. Click this button to exit the course.

The status of an enrolled course is displayed on the course details page as well as on your My Training page.

Completion statuses include:
Yet to start
In Progress
Passed
Failed

Course enrolments can be archived by administrators. Archived enrolments can't be accessed by learners and don't affect overall completion records.
