Sign Up & Email Verification

Signing Up

To sign up for a user account on Kuro you must provide a valid email address and set a password.

Simply visit the sign up page for your organisation, enter your email address and a new password and click sign up. You will shortly receive a verification email.

If your organisation doesn't allow sign up please contact an administrator to be invited.

Email Verification

To ensure valid sign ups and working email addresses for resetting passwords and so on we must verify your email address.

After signing up you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. Clicking the link will take you back to the portal where you can complete your account details and continue to your training.

If you haven't received your verification email try the following steps:
1. Check your email account's junk folder
2. Try logging in, which will resend your verification email
3. Contact your administrator, who can check your details are correct, resend your verification email or manually verify your account

Accepting Invitations

If an administrator has created an account for you you will receive an invitation email.
Simply follow the link in the email to set up your account and continue to your training.
