View & find your learners
The learner list
The learners page lists all of the learners in your portal, showing brief information about them, their latest course enrolment and their overall course completion status.
If you have more than one portal be sure to select the portal you want to view via the dropdown at the top right.
Search for users
If you're looking for a specific user you can try searching by name or email address. For best results try searching by the most unique part, such as last name or the first part of the email address.
Filter by group
If your portal uses user groups, and learners are a member of one or more groups, a user group dropdown will appear next to the search field.
Select a group in the dropdown to filter the learner list to only show users who are a member of the selected group.
