Invitations & Email Verification
Resend Invitation/Verification
Learners who have signed up or been invited, but who have not yet verified or logged in for the first time, will be shown as unverified.
Clicking Resend Email will send a new invitation or verification email to the learner's email address.
Email verification is important to ensure the email address exists for things such as resetting passwords and receiving notifications regarding training.
Manual Verification
If a learner has signed up but hasn't been able to verify their email address, for example they aren't receiving the verification email, it's possible to manually verify their account.
A Manually verify button will be shown if the user can be manually verified. The learner will then be able to log in and complete their account setup.
Invited users can't be manually verified as they haven't set a password. Attempt to resend the invitation and contact support if the user still isn't able to follow the invitation.
