Form Report
Basic forms
Basic form reports will list each submission, with columns corresponding to each field in the report.
All submissions can be downloaded as a .csv and opened in Excel or similar software.
Advanced forms
Advanced forms include things such as administrator selection fields and approval.
If a form contains an administrator selection field a dropdown will be shown where an administrator can be selected. Selecting an administrator will only show form submissions where a user selected that administrator.
Forms that require approval will show tools for marking submissions and setting their status.
