What are Automations?
Automations are a powerful way to reduce manual administration in your portal.
For example, an automation could be set up to enrol learners in a particular course when they log in for the first time if they selected a particular group.
Or maybe you want to send them a reminder email in 7 days to complete their course if it hasn't been completed.

Setting Up Automations
Automations are comprised of three parts:
1. Event (when...) (one only)
2. Conditions (if...) (optional)
3. Actions (then...)
For example, when a learner completes course A, if they have also passed course B, then enrol them in course C.
For an automation to run it requires at least the Event and one Action to be set.
Conditions are grouped to allow for scenarios where all conditions must be met, or any condition must be met.
If there are multiple condition groups all groups must be true for the action to run.
Automations will only be triggered if their Status is set to on.
