Training Package Settings
Show product/training name in library
This setting determines if the name of the training package itself is included under course names in the course library. For example, to indicate that a set of courses belongs to the same set of training.
Show Provider details in course description
If this setting is enabled the name and description of the training package provider (if set) will be shown beside the description of courses in this package.
Allow self enrolment for non-training users
This will allow users who aren't already in the training to self-enrol and be added to the training package.
Learners can not be added to the training if the user limit is exceeded.
Automatically remove oldest learners when adding new learners to full training
If a learner is trying to self-enrol in the training (see above), or an administrator is attempting to enrol a learner into a course in this package, but the training is already full, this setting will remove the oldest learner from the training to free up a spot for a new learner.
Any removed learners will still retain their course enrolments and records, but won't be able to access new or incomplete courses.
Newly added learners will only be able to enrol in courses if the user limit wasn't already reached in the current billing period. i.e. the removed users must have been added to the training in a previous billing period.
