Create a new version

Versions allow you to smoothly update your content without disrupting existing learners.
It also makes it possible to rollback to previous versions of content (by deleting newer versions).

To create a new version simply click New Version when viewing a file.

For SCORM files it will prompt you to select how existing enrolments are affected by the new version:

Automatically update: All existing and future learner enrolments will use the new version. This will reset existing enrolment progress to the start of the module when it is next launched.

Manually update: All existing enrolments will continue to use the old version. New enrolments will use the new version.
