Form Templates

Form Templates allow you to create forms that can be used across multiple portals.

To use a form template in a particular portal it must be allowed by editing the form template and visiting the Portals tab. Active portals will be able to use the form and view submissions.

The forms themselves are set up and function in the same way as forms created in a portal. Read more about forms.
