Manage a Stream
Enrolments
Each access of the stream is represented by a Stream Enrolment in Kuro.
The Enrolments tab lists the enrolments for the stream with information for each, such as its completion status.
The Reset button will reset the learner's status and progress in Kuro. Their status in the external LMS won't be affected.
Details
The name and description are only for internal use and don't affect the Stream in customer's systems.
Settings
These settings control the content and how it's accessed:
Content: This is the SCORM file that the stream represents
Expiry:(optional) Set an expiry date for the stream. It will become inaccessible after this date.
Access Limit:(optional) Set how many unique enrolments can be created for this stream (in most cases 1 user = 1 enrolment).
Domain Restriction:(optional) Only allow access from a specified domain (e.g. acme.com)
Do not collect personal information: Turn on this setting to not receive or save the external learner's name. We still require an identifier to be saved to correspond to the external user, but this is determined by the external system and is usually a numerical ID.
