Share training with another provider
How it works
It's possible as a provider to share training with another provider.
The way this works is that a training package is shared and the courses inside that package become available to the receiving provider to include in their own training packages.
The receiving provider isn't able to modify the training or course content, but can choose which courses they use or don't use in their own training packages.
The shared courses can be included in training packages and offered for subscriptions or resold as individual courses.
Note: All subscription and sales income for shared training will go to the receiving provider, not the original owner of the training. Profit sharing or other financial agreements for shared training must be handled outside of Kuro.
Start sharing
To share with another provider you will need the email address connected to their provider user account.
From the Settings tab of a training package click on Share Training. After sending the invitation the receiving provider will be notified of the shared training and the shared training package will be listed at Account > Shared Training.
The recipient provider can Accept or Decline the invitation to share the training.
The shared courses will be listed in the course list when editing training.
Cancel sharing
Both the owner and the recipient of the shared training can cancel the sharing at any time.
The owner can cancel it from the Settings tab of the training package.
The receiving provider can cancel it from Account > Shared Training.
Note: Enrolment records for shared training will remain after sharing has been stopped, but the content will no longer be available to learners.
