About this course
This module is designed to give you in-depth knowledge and understanding of Western Australian (WA) Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Laws. You will learn the skills necessary to understand the purpose and features of WA CoR, those that have been identified as a party within the legislation, and identify CoR breaches and penalties related to the breaches. This course will also teach you the fundamentals of Safety Management Systems and how obligations of WA CoR require safety systems to be in place within a business. Course Learning Outcomes After completion of this course you should be able to: - Explain the purpose and features of the WA CoR legislation. - Identify who under WA CoR laws can be held responsible. - Identify legislative requirements, breaches and penalties. - Understand the obligations of mass & dimension, load restraint and fitness for work under WA legislation - Identify and report WA CoR Breaches. - Understand Safety Risk Management processes. - Understand roles and responsibilities in each stage of the Supply Chain.
