You will learn about roles and responsibilities and practical strategies for managing the risks associated with domestic and family violence in the workplace. Learning outcomes understand the definition and various forms of DFV recognise the impact of DFV on workplace wellbeing understand roles and responsibilities in addressing DFV in the workplace learn strategies for creating a safe, supportive and respectful workplace environment know how to respond to disclosures of DFV identify workers who may use violence or aggression and explore appropriate action recognise relevant workplace legislation, policies, and procedures related to DFV.
