About this course

This course is designed to demonstrate and explain the key steps employees should follow to set up a safe, comfortable, and productive workspace.


It covers how to assess the risks related to office ergonomics as well as the general ergonomic risk factors in the workplace reducing the risk of injury or long-term harm. It also assists in the creation of an adequate ergonomic setup and encourages everyone to contribute to a healthy and safe work environment.
