About this course
This module is designed to help organisations and their employees better understand and identify appropriate workplace behaviour and what should not be tolerated from a legislative and cultural perspective.
It also defines acceptable workplace behaviour by outlining and defining workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination while applying the legislation to the modern, diverse, and ever-changing workplace environment.Learning outcomes:
- define and recognise appropriate and inappropriate behaviour in their workplace
- understand the risk involved should they engage in inappropriate behaviour in the workplace
- understand an employee's workplace rights
- understand an employer's legal obligations
- understand the process of making a complaint and what happens next.
