About this course
This module is designed to help organisations and their employees to better understand and identify what is appropriate behaviour at work and also what should not be tolerated in the workplace from a legislative and cultural perspective. It also defines sexual harassment while applying the legislation to the modern, diverse, and ever-changing workplace environment. Learning objectives: - define and recognise appropriate and inappropriate behaviour in their workplace - appreciate, understand, and identify unacceptable workplace behaviour involving sexual harassment - recall the definition and types of sexual harassment - understand the responsibilities of employees and employers - classify examples of behaviour as acceptable and unacceptable workplace behaviours - understand your legal and HR compliance responsibilities as participants in the workplace (employees).
