Respect@Work is essential for a positive workplace culture.This module has been designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.This will help leaders and managers prevent workplace harassment and effectively address incidents that do occur while complying with the Respect@Work legislation.Learning outcomes:- Define respect and its importance in the workplace- Understand the intent behind Respect@Work- Understand the concept of 'positive duty'- Recognise different forms of workplace harassment (including sexual harassment)- Understand the legal implications of workplace harassment - Identify leadership behaviours that promote respect and inclusivity- Develop strategies for preventing and responding to reports of harassment- Foster open communication and build trust within their teams
