About this course
This module is designed to help organisations and their employees better understand and identify appropriate behaviour at work and what should not be tolerated in the workplace from a legislative and cultural perspective. It also defines workplace bullying while applying the legislation to the modern, diverse and ever-changing workplace environment. Learning objectives: - define and recognise appropriate and inappropriate behaviour in their workplace - appreciate, understand, and identify unacceptable workplace bullying and harassment - understand workplace bullying legislation - understand the responsibilities of employees and employers - classify examples of behaviour as acceptable and unacceptable workplace behaviours - understand your legal and HR compliance responsibilities as participants in the workplace (employees).
