About this course

The effects of bribery and corruption are much more significant than you may think. 

This awareness-level module introduces you to the concepts of anti-bribery and corruption in the working environment.

You will gain an understanding of bribery and corruption laws in line with the Australian Criminal Code Act 1995.

Learning objectives:

- know what bribery is and why it is essential
- understand bribery law and the consequences for employees and organisations
- recognise how and where bribery risks arise
- take steps to avoid and resist demands for bribes.
