About this course
Workplace ethics are the cornerstone of appropriate behvaiours in the workplace. This module is designed to help you understand what workplace ethics are and why they are so important to creating a positive workplace culture. You will gain knowledge of ethics, legalities and regulations, principles and other important factors in cultivating a positive work environment. Learning Outcomes: - workplace ethics and why they are important - core ethical principles that guide decision-making - legal and regulatory requirements governing ethical workplace behaviour - the framework of ethical decision-making - the importance of whistleblowing and reporting unethical behaviour - the importance of leadership in promoting ethical behaviour.
